We ship products internationally with DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS or other air delivery company services.

Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

If you can't find the ship option to your location or for more information, please contact us.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships.

These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

We can only ship to the address that you have confirmed with PAYPAL.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO, buyer must provide physical address when ordering.

Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if APO/FPO/DPO address or any other undeliverable addresses were provided.

If processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. To return any unwanted items, please review our return policy for return and exchange instructions. We do not responsiable for return shipping cost. 

If the shipment is not deliverable and returned to us by the shipping carrier due to incorrect information provided by the buyer (ex. wrong address given or unable to sign for the package), all return shipping fees will be responsible by the buyer.

Shipping Costs

Products marked as "Free Shipping" have shipping included. However, some products will have shipping calculated separately.

Standard Shipping

China post & Other Registered Mail Shipping.
For orders under $150, Global Standard Post Shipping is usually selected by default. And you can tick Express Shipping Service (Premium Delivery) to choose express delivery.
If your address is in a remote area, a remoteness fee will apply. If you have special requirements, please remember to leave a message after completing the order.

Order Processing Time

All our order are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will email you an updated Tracking Number that you can use to follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

For international orders. If the item Are Not shipped from a local warehouse in your country / region, you, as the customer Should be responsible for import duties, but don't worry, we will decrease the declared value to help you save the import tax.
